Coconut and chocolate muffins

12 normal size muffins

 

Ingredients

  • 100g Coconut
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 200g white flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g chocolate (finely diced)
  • 20cl milk
  • 50g almond powder

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170C.
  2. Grease muffin pan or use muffin paper cups.
  3. Combine butter and sugar until it turns creamy.
  4. Add coconut, 2 eggs, milk, flour, almond and chocolate respectively.
  5. Fill the muffin paper cups and bake at 170C for 30 to 35 min.
