Preparation
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Grease muffin pan or use muffin paper cups.
- Combine butter and sugar until it turns creamy.
- Add coconut, 2 eggs, milk, flour, almond and chocolate respectively.
- Fill the muffin paper cups and bake at 170C for 30 to 35 min.
