Preparation
- Combine the coconut, sugar, eggs and salt in a large bowl. Leave it aside for 10 min.
- Butter and flour a sheet pan or use a parchment paper.
- Make balls with fingers or by using a table spoon . Leave space between them.
- Bake at 180C for 10 to 15 min or until golden brown.
- Wait 10 min before you remove them.
