Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 6 small cups coconut
  • 3 small cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Preparation

  1. Combine the coconut, sugar, eggs and salt in a large bowl. Leave it aside for 10 min.
  2. Butter and flour a sheet pan or use a parchment paper.
  3. Make balls with fingers or by using a table spoon . Leave space between them.
  4. Bake at 180C for 10 to 15 min or until golden brown.
  5. Wait 10 min before you remove them.
