Preparation
- Drain corn.
- Slice green peppers into matchstick-size pieces and place in cooking pot.
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, ginger and curry (show me).
- Cook for 10 min on medium high heat and add drained corn. (show me).
- Cook for another 4 min and serve.
