Fried cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Vegetable oil

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until just tender. Drain and allow to dry.
  2. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  3. Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper and parsley.
  4. Roll the cauliflower in the beaten eggs.
  5. Deep fry the florets.
