Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until just tender. Drain and allow to dry.
- Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper and parsley.
- Roll the cauliflower in the beaten eggs.
- Deep fry the florets.
