Raisin muffins


 

Yield
12 normal size muffins

 

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 125g container of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 yogurt container of vegetable oil
  • 1 yogurt container sugar
  • 5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 1/2 yogurt containers of white flour
  • 20g raisins
  • 5 tablespoons chocolate powder

 

Preparation

  1. Use you empty yogurt container for the measures.
  2. In a large bowl combine yogurt, oil, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder.
  3. Grease muffin pan or use muffin paper cups and fill with half batter.
  4. Add chocolate powder and raisins to the other half and stir.
  5. Fill with this batter one more time.
  6. Bake at 200C preheated oven for 25-30 min or until a knife comes clean from the center.
