Raisin muffins
Preparation
- Use you empty yogurt container for the measures.
- In a large bowl combine yogurt, oil, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder.
- Grease muffin pan or use muffin paper cups and fill with half batter.
- Add chocolate powder and raisins to the other half and stir.
- Fill with this batter one more time.
- Bake at 200C preheated oven for 25-30 min or until a knife comes clean from the center.
