Tomato and eggs
Preparation
- Core and peel tomatoes and mix them in the mixer.
- In a skillet heat olive oil on medium high heat and add tomato, tomato sauce, coriander, cumin, ginger, paprika, one pinch salt and one pinch black pepper.
- Cook for 5 min.
- Beat together eggs , one pinch salt and one pinch black pepper.
- Add beaten eggs and cook for about 3 min.
- Add cheese and decorate with olives.
